As a trainer and learning content developer with over 12 years of experience, I have a strong background in creating engaging and effective learning materials for various audiences. My skills in instructional design and experience as a corporate trainer have allowed me to design and deliver successful training programs for in-person and virtual settings. In my career, I have held roles as a corporate instructor, adjunct instructor, learning and development specialist, and team trainer. In these roles, I have been responsible for delivering training programs, overseeing curriculum development and delivery, creating blended learning journeys, producing virtual events and trainings, and identifying trends and analyzing performance. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their learning goals and always seek opportunities to grow and improve as a professional.

I have a broad background in training and teaching in both the corporate and educational classroom, with an MBA and a BA.  I have deep experience in corporate training and onboarding, in addition to working as an adjunct instructor.
